ADMISSION

The College follows rules laid down by the Purbanchal University. Students with I.Sc. or 10+2 certificate in Science and/or Diploma in Electronics and Electrical, Refrigeration, Air-conditioning or Mechanical obtaining at least 45% of aggregate are eligible to apply for the entrance examination held by Purbanchal University.

Documents to be Submitted at the time of Admission

1. Original and Photocopy of Mark Sheet and Character Certificate of SLC.

2. Original and Photocopy of Transcript Certificate and Character Certificate of Certificate Level or 10+2 (Science) and/or Diploma in (above mentioned fields)

3. Provisional Certificate of Certificate Level or 10+2 (Science) and/or Diploma in (above mentioned fields)

4. Transfer Certificate (If from another institutions)

5. Equivalent Certificate (If from institutions outside Nepal)

6. Recent Passport Sized Photos-4 and Auto Sized-3 (with name of the applicant written clearly on the back side of the photograph)

Documents to be Submitted to PUrbanchal University for Registration

1. Original and Photocopy of Mark Sheet and Character Certificate of SLC.

2. Original and Photocopy of Transcript Certificate and Character Certificate of Certificate Level or 10+2 (Science) and/or Diploma in (above mentioned fields)

3. Provisional Certificate of Certificate Level or 10+2 (Science) and/or Diploma in (above mentioned fields)

Fee MODULE

The fee structure for the academic year 2006/07 is as follows:

Total fee for 4 years course (excluding University Charges, examination fees, hostel and transportation charges)--Rs. 445,000.00. This fee has to be paid in installments as follows.

a.    Rs. 97,500.00 at the time of admission:

        Admission Fee-Rs. 85,000/-

        Monthly Tuition Fee of first three months-Rs. 7,500/-

        Deposit (Refundable)-Rs. 5,000/-

b.    Rs. 2,500.00 (Tuition Fee) at the beginning of every month i.e. from 4^th month of admission.

c.    Rs. 34,285.00 (Semester Fee) per semester for 7 semesters

Note: The University Affiliation Charge, Registration Charge, Examination Fees to be submitted to the Purbanchal University are not included as College Fees.

scholarship scheme (For Nepalese nationals only)

From the academic year 2065, the college has set a scheme to provide scholarships to deserving students on the merit basis as mentioned below.

1. Scholarship equivalent to monthly tuition fees to all the student/s securing CGPA of 4.

2. Besides, scholarship equivalent to monthly tuition fees to 4 top ranking students. If more than 4 students secure the same rank, the total scholarship amount will be divided equally.

Note: If nobody is able to secure CGPA of 4, as per clause (2), 5 top ranking students will be provided scholarships of equal amount who secure the same CGPA.

These scholarships will be valid for one semester and will be given out on the basis of semester results.
